Toi Hall, CEO & self taught fashion designer of Toi Box Couture has been blessing the fashion industry with her gift since 2013. Gaining most of her sewing knowledge from YouTube and trial & error, she has made a continuous positive impact in the city of St. Louis. Since then, she has showcased her designs in NYFW, LA, & Chicago to breaking the internet with a few of her bold designs during Prom seasons. She strives to be a powerful Black Woman Couture Designer, in hopes to inspire others along the way.
Fall of 2017, she ventured out into another Fashion business. She became CEO & Founder of St. Louis’ Contemporary Fashion Art Group, making it their mission to bridge the gap between Contemporary and Urban creatives by cultivating, nurturing and celebrating those that use their creative abilities to push artistic boundaries. Their Inaugural "CFA Gala" will serve as a platform to not only showcase their unique interpretations on that nights selected theme, but also as an opportunity to reward those who chose to pursue higher education in the creative arts field. Inspired by the Met Gala, they strive to bring a fashion forward necessity into the Midwest. In Spring of 2018, she opened up her first Beauty Bar located in Old North/ Downtown STL. Geared to be a one stop shop, along with her pieces, she has one of the hottest MUA's, Nail Techs, Lash Techs, & Hairstylist all in one building!
To her, the sky is the limit & if someone slams the door in your face, you come back & buy the whole building!!! She’s also a firm believer in creating opportunities so others can succeed in life. Learning & teaching herself as she goes, she hopes that her story & impact will bring forth many more business owners in the near future.
